1. First Step;  

 a) Overview of marketing situation and characteristics,

b) Analysis of local partner’s business profile and business capabilities,

c) Review of the marketing plan and strategies submitted by local partner

2. Second Step:  

a) Trial orders and shipment on a project by project basis

3. Third Step:

a) Distributorship Agreement on a non exclusive basis for the regional areas of your country that you intend to cover.

Fourth Step:

a) Upgrade to an Exclusive Distributorship Agreement if deemed necessary.
